You need Sacha in your corner. She combines her natural intelligence and deep empathy in her coaching to help you to dig deeper and think bigger. At a time when I felt professionally adrift, Sacha brought thoughtful structure and clear action to help me move forward with purpose.

My approach

You need a coach who's lived it.

Coaching has been part of my work for twenty years. Since 2007, I've been a certified executive coach and have coached executive leaders and teams on performance, leadership and navigating change. As part of my work in Learning and Development, I've also taught hundreds of leaders how to coach. More important than the credential, though, is that I've also been where you are. I've held global senior leadership roles, so I understand the pressure from the inside. I'm a woman with a physical disability, which means I've rebuilt a career in a workplace that wasn't built for me. My advanced diploma in coaching with neuroscience grounds the work in how our brains actually respond to stress, how our beliefs shape us, and why our values matter. Whatever you're facing, professional or personal, you don't need a coach who's read about it. You need one who's lived it.

Who I work with

Two practices, same depth.

I coach two distinct audiences. Different starting points, the same depth of attention to the work.

Executive & Career Coaching

For senior leaders navigating transitions, leading authentically, and figuring out what's next.

This is where most of my coaching takes place. People stepping into bigger roles, considering a move, leading through change, or working out how to bring more of themselves to their leadership. We work on what's actually in the way: the strategic decisions, the difficult conversations, and the parts of yourself you've been managing rather than leading from.

Senior career transitions sit here too. Career coaching at this level isn't a different product. It's the same depth of work, often at a moment when the stakes are personal as well as professional.

"Sacha had a long-lasting impact on my career when she helped me to navigate how to share a very private matter at work. With her guidance, I came up with a communication strategy which worked so perfectly that there was barely a ripple of a reaction to it. I've reused this approach in subsequent roles with equal success. I am forever grateful that Sacha has helped me to be even more authentic as a leader."

Return-to-Work & Confidence Coaching

For people rebuilding professional momentum after a break.

Maternity leave, illness, redundancy, caring responsibilities, life. Whatever pulled you out of work, getting back in takes more than an updated CV. We work on both the practical (CV, applications, interviews, networks) and the underneath (the inner critic, the confidence rebuild, the story you tell yourself about who you are now).

If you're returning at any level and need someone who'll meet the work with both honesty and warmth, this is for you.

"Practical, insightful, and always tailored to my goals and strengths. Sacha provided clear direction throughout the job search process, from refining my CV to preparing me for interviews. What stood out most was her genuine commitment to my success and her ability to build confidence."
